The new optical sorters Infinity Plus they can perform different types of selection on almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts and all types of dried fruit.
In particular, thanks to multispectral technology, are able to detect any type of foreign body, especially shells, even small ones. Thanks to their high efficiency, IST optical sorters guarantee maximum safety on the selected products and eliminate manual sorting.
