\nNIR (near infrared) cameras with latest-generation IR sensors can detect foreign bodies such as stones, soil, glass, or alterations to incoming product, thus increasing food safety levels.
\nSWIR (short wave infrared) cameras with InGaAs sensors allow the recognition and subsequent separation of defects that are indistinguishable visually, such as the shells of dried fruit, barley from wheat, or hulled grains from unhulled grains.<\/p>\n

SOFTWARE AND DEEP LEARNING (AI)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Developed entirely in-house at IST, it allows the operator to manage all programs completely independently. Thanks to the self-learning system, it will automatically acquire images of compliant products and all defects to be rejected, and in just a few minutes you will be ready to start production. The artificial intelligence-based software will be able to accurately recognize any type of defect by comparing thousands of images of the product being processed in just a few moments.<\/p>\n

LED LIGHTING SYSTEM<\/strong><\/h4>\n

LED product lighting, entirely designed by IST, provides perfect camera vision, guarantees virtually unlimited light life, and prevents the machine from overheating during processing.<\/p>\n

REJECTION SYSTEM<\/strong><\/h4>\n

From 60 to 104 solenoid valves per chute, depending on your needs, this new high-frequency rejection system is specifically developed for sorting even the smallest food products, ensuring increasingly precise sorting and reducing rejection.<\/p>\n
